Payment Methods and Financing Options

At Eagle Family Smiles, it’s our mission to bring affordable dental care to our community. That’s why our prices are always affordable, regardless of which payment method or plan you use. We accept cash, check with ID, all major credit cards, and CareCredit.

Financing options

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit is a third party financing company and this option helps patients achieve their oral health and the smile they deserve. For fees from $500 to $25,000, upon request and approval, CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget.

With CareCredit you can:

Start treatment and care immediately and pay over time
Pay for other medical expenses for you and your family without having to reapply
Pay for deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance
Have no annual fees

Dental Insurance

At Eagle Family Smiles, we accept major PPO dental insurance programs and are in-network with them, because we understand the importance of being able to provide everyone with quality dental care. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

No Insurance?

No problem, we offer different in-house dental plans. Our in-house dental allow individuals and families to receive quality dental care for a percentage off the office’s usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) fees. This is not an insurance plan so no waiting period, no pre-determination, no claims are filed, and no payments are made to any other healthcare providers. Once the annual fee is paid, you will receive benefits from it. This plan may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, insurance, discount plans or advertisements.
